STE. ACTION TOUR DJERBA s.a.r.l. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. waiver of liability, transfer of risk 1.1 Motor sports can be dangerous. In this regard, you participate at your own risk or at the risk of your parent/guardian if you are under 16 years of age. 1.2 Action-Tour-Djerba s.a.r.l. is not liable for any accident or injury resulting from participation in our tours. 1.3 We reserve the right to refuse to ride to anyone who, in our opinion, is a danger to themselves or others on the site and route. 2. clothing & equipment 2.1 You must wear the approved safety equipment. 2.2 You may bring/wear your own equipment provided it meets our minimum standards and has been approved by a senior member of staff. If we feel that your equipment does not meet our standards, you must use our equipment. 2.3 Loose clothing, scarves, hoodies, valuables, chewing gum and sharp objects should not be taken on the tour. 2.4 Sturdy footwear should be worn. 3. alcohol and drugs 3.1 You confirm that you are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. 3.2 Riders suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to participate in the tour. The money paid will not be refunded. 4. medical restrictions4.1. you confirm that you have no medical condition that would prevent you from riding on the road or participating in any physical activity. -4.2. you must tell us of any other medical conditions that may be a cause for concern so that we can inform you whether it is appropriate for you or others in your party to ride. These include but are not limited to: Heart disease, back injuries, epilepsy, amputations/prostheses, hearing or visual impairment or any form of mental or physical impairment. 4.3 You understand that you may not be able to participate if you exceed the heights and weight limits for which the vehicles are normally designed. 4.4 You should not ride if you are pregnant. 5. behaviour and rules on the tour 5.1 You will carefully follow the safety instructions you are given and abide by the rules and guidelines laid down. 5.2 You understand that Action-Tour_Djerba s.a.r.l. expects riders to abide by the rules to ensure the safety of all riders and staff and that failure to abide by these rules will result in disqualification from the tour. 5.3 We reserve the right to remove the rider from the tour if we feel that the safety of themselves or others is at risk. 5.4 We reserve the right to split your group into smaller groups on arrival if we feel there is a mixture of skills or experience that could affect the safety of any rider. 5.5 Any accidents or damage caused by you will be at your own expense.5.6 Anti-social behaviour on or off the route will disqualify you from the tour.
